Education records directly related to a student maintained by an educational institution or party acting on its behalf, such as grades, transcripts, class lists, student schedules, student identification codes, student financial information, or student disciplinary records.

Profile reflecting a person’s preferences, characteristics, psychological trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes.

IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE PERSONAL DATA  

Where we need to collect personal data by law, or under the terms of a contract we have with you, and you fail to provide that personal data when requested, we may not be able to perform the contract we have or are trying to enter into with you (for example, to provide you with the reservation that you have made). In this case, we may have to cancel the contract but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

HOW IS YOUR PERONAL DATA COLLECTED?  

We obtain the categories of personal data listed above from the following categories of sources:

Direct interactions. You may give us your identity and contact details by filling in forms or by corresponding with us by post, phone, email or otherwise. This includes personal data you provide if you:

  • request marketing to be sent to you;

  • Make a reservation for a tour or event

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

SALES OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS 

Where you have requested tickets, goods or services for events based outside of the United States, we are required to transfer your personal data out of the United States to such Event Organizers in order to fulfil your request. Such transfer will be necessary to fulfil your request.

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the United States. It may also be processed by staff operating outside the United States who work for us or for one of our suppliers or affiliates. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

      • Enable solely internal uses that are reasonably aligned with consumer expectations based on your relationship with us.
      • Comply with a legal obligation.
      • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

 

  • Object to processing of your personal data where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) and there is something about your particular situation which makes you want to object to processing on this ground as you feel it impacts on your fundamental rights and freedoms. You also have the right to object where we are processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.
  • Request restriction of processing of your personal data. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal data in the following scenarios:
  • Request the transfer of your personal data to you or to a third party. NON-DISCRIMINATION
