LVIN CHECK-IN
All travelers must check in with LVIN on Friday, September 1st. Have your LVIN booking email confirmation ready at the LVIN check-in to receive your wristband which will grant you access to LVIN events. Do not lose your wristband, lost wristbands will incur a fee. If your wristband breaks you must bring the broken wristband to receive a complimentary replacement. Reminder: All Travelers must be 21 years old by September 1, 2023 in order to attend any LVIN events.

HOTEL CHECK-IN
Caesars Palace
Location: 3570 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Veags, NV 89109
Hotel Check-In Time: 4:00 pm

Have your ID and credit card ready when you check in for your hotel room. Although your room is provided for you through LVIN you are responsible for paying for any taxes or resort fees the hotel may have additional. You will also need to place a credit card on file for any incidental charges or damages.
Caesars Palace has a daily resort fee of $49.95 per room, per night plus the current occupancy room tax. Each room will also be charged an incidental hold of $300 per room. This is a temporary hold on your credit card that will be refunded upon checkout. This can only be done with credit cards (no debit cards). Most hotels prefer this to be done on one credit card to help save time at check-in. Discuss amongst your roommate before arriving who will pace their card(s) down.
If you are not arriving with all of your roommates at the same time, that is no problem. Whoever arrives first will be responsible for any additional fees and incidentals due at check-in.
If you arrive earlier than 4 PM, kindly ask the hotel if early check-in is available for your room. If it is not possible you can always get ready for the day, leave your bags at the bell desk and come back after check-in time.
If you are unable to check into your hotel room on Friday you need to notify LVIN Customer Service prior by calling (877) 611-8687. If you do not check into your room on Friday it will automatically be canceled by the hotel and no refund will be given.
Lastly, you are required to physically check out of your hotel room with the front desk. Please plan ahead and give yourself enough time to check out before your departure home!

KNOW BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
LVIN Wristband: All guests will be provided with a LVIN wristband at check-in. Do NOT remove this wristband until you are departing back home. This wristband will provide you with entrance to all LVIN activities.
Expedition America (EA) Dom Dolla Wristband: We’re excited to share that along with our LVIN Lineup, we’ve partnered with our sister company, EA Tour for you to enjoy a bonus performance by Dom Dolla. On Friday Night, you’ll also have the option to see Dom Dolla at Encore Beach Club at no additional cost!
*At LVIN Check-In, you’ll receive a 2nd wristband granting you this access. Do NOT remove this wristband until after the Dom Dolla performance.
Open Bar Wristband: If you purchased or received a complimentary Open Bar Add-On, you will be provided with a wristband at LVIN check-in. This wristband will provide you access to our Open Bar event on Sunday, September 3rd from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Ayu Dayclub.
Remember: Do not lose your wristbands!
Dress Code:
Dayclubs: Swim attire is required. No pants or athletic attire. See club websites for specific dress codes and restrictions.
Nightclubs: Upscale & trendy attire. No shorts, t-shirts, athletic shoes, or other casual attire. See club websites for specific dress codes and restrictions.
Stay Hydrated: It is important to drink water throughout your time in Vegas. Be responsible and make sure that you stay hydrated. Always stock up on water bottles while you can and have water bottles ready in your room before you leave for the night!
Drink Responsibly: We know that most travelers will consume alcohol during their time in Las Vegas. Please be responsible and follow some simple rules while consuming alcohol on your trip. Do NOT accept any drinks from anyone that you do not know. Never leave your drink unattended. Make sure you watch out for anything that could be slipped into your drink.
Drug Policy: Las Vegas has a ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy. If you are caught using, purchasing or with illegal drugs of any kind, you will go straight to jail. There is nothing that LVIN Staff will be able to do if you are caught with drugs.
Reminder: All Travelers must be 21 years old by September 1, 2023 in order to attend any LVIN events. We will require ID verification at check-in. Anyone unable to provide a government issued ID will not be able to receive any items offered in our package through LVIN and will not receive a refund.
