LVIN CHECK-IN
All travelers must check in with LVIN on Sunday, March 17th. Have your LVIN booking email confirmation and passport ready at the LVIN check-in to receive your wristband, granting you access to LVIN events. Do not lose your wristband, lost wristbands will incur a fee. If your wristband breaks, you must bring the broken wristband to receive a complimentary replacement.
LVIN CHECK-IN LOCATION & TIME BY HOTEL
Marina FiestaÂ
Time: 10 AM – 10 PM
Location: Marina Fiesta Hotel – Omnia Conference Room (Lower Level). When you enter the hotel lobby, head to the left and you will see a small set of stairs to take you to the hotel’s lower level, there you will see the Omnia Conference room! Look out for LVIN signage to guide you!Â
Medano
Time: 10 AM – 10 PM
Location: Medano Main Lobby near the front desk
Tesoro
Time: 10 AM – 10 PM
Location: Tesoro Conference Space Look out for LVIN signage in the Tesoro main lobby near the front desk!
Pueblo Bonito
Time: 10 AM – 10 PM
Location: Solon La Costa Meeting Space at the Pueblo Bonito Rosé. This meeting space can be found in the adjacent building to the left of the valet! Look out for LVIN signage!
HOTEL CHECK-IN
Check-In Time: 4 PM
Have your passport and credit card ready when you check in for your hotel room. Although your room is provided for you through LVIN you are responsible for paying for any taxes or resort fees the hotel may have additional. You will also need to place a credit card on file for any incidental charges or damages. Please check your pre-trip information email for more information about all additional charges and fees due at check-in based on your hotel!
If you arrive before 4 PM, kindly ask the hotel if early check-in is available for your room. If it is not possible, you can always get ready for the day, leave your bags at the bell desk, and come back after check-in time.
Your hotel will give you a unique wristband for their property. Do not lose this wristband. Hotels have the right to refuse replacements or charge high fees to replace them. Trust us, just do not lose this! Hotel security has the right to refuse entry to any non-hotel guests.
Lastly, you are required to physically check out of your hotel room with the front desk. Spring Break is a busy time of year, so plan ahead and give yourself enough time to check out before your flight home! If you booked round-trip transportation through LVIN, shuttles will not wait for you. Please plan accordingly!

Hope you are excited for an epic Spring Break with this stellar lineup! Below are a few additional details you should know:
Open Bar Cut-Off Times
Arrive at each venue before the cut-off time to get in and receive your open bar. No entry will be allowed after the listed time. The lines will close at cut-off, and LVIN staff cannot guarantee you will be granted entry as venues may charge cover. Please arrive early to make the most of your package, as lines can get long to access the venue!
Concerts
Are you excited for Disco Lines? We are! These pool party concerts will be the highlight of the trip at the beautiful 5-star resort, ME Cabo. Upon arrival, LVIN travelers will receive five complimentary drink tickets for use between 11 am and 6 pm. After tickets are used, a cash bar is available.

- Have friends not traveling through LVIN? Individual concert tickets can be purchased at lvinlife.com/concerts for entry only.
- Re-entry is not allowed for non-hotel guests. Plan accordingly!
Party Booze Cruise Times
Cruises will not wait. Boarding begins 30 minutes before your selected sail time. Arrive 15 minutes prior to boarding time to for security and to complete bag checks. Refunds will not be given for missed cruises.
TRIP ADD-ONS

Arriving in Cabo
For international arrivals when exiting the Airport after customs, keep an eye out for our LVIN Sign & Team Member at POST #6. We’ll be there waiting for you to take you directly to your hotel.
For domestic arrivals (layover in Mexico), walk outside to the “SALIDAS DE GRUPOS” and keep an eye out for a LVIN Sign & Team Member to take you to the shuttle!
Leaving Cabo
Your shuttle will leave precisely 4 hours before your scheduled flight departure. Shuttles will be outside of the hotel entrance where you were dropped off! Shuttles will not wait as we need to ensure all guests get to the airport on time. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time to check out of your hotel room before leaving.

Location: The dock to the Party Booze Cruise can be found behind the Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort on the Marina side. Look out for LVIN staff and signage at the dock.
Time: Make sure to check your LVIN account to re-confirm the time of your booking. There are multiple cruises per day and you can only board the cruise for the time you purchased. BOARDING STARTS 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR PURCHASED SAIL TIME. PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE BOARDING FOR A TOTAL OF 45 MINUTES BEFORE SAIL TIME to allow time for security and complete bag checks.
Prohibited Items (From The Captain):
- No vapes, cigars, or cigarettes
- Any medication must be in a prescription bottle with a matching prescription
- No bottles or outside alcoholic beverages
- No drugs
- No backpacks, totes, or large purses

KNOW BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Passport: When you arrive at your hotel in Mexico, place your passport in your hotel safe. Leave your passport in the safe until you are ready to leave Mexico to make sure you do not lose it. While in Mexico carry another form of ID but do not carry your passport.
ATMs: We suggest that you use your hotel’s ATM over the ATMs in town. Most places accept all major credit cards but it is a good idea to have some cash on you (pesos or USD)!
Stay Hydrated: It is important to drink water throughout your time in Cabo. Be responsible and make sure that you stay hydrated. Cabo is not a 24/7 town; restaurants and shops close nightly around 10 PM. Make sure you take advantage of restaurant operating hours and hydrate during the day! Always stock up on water bottles while you can, and have water bottles ready in your room before you leave for the night! For those staying in all-inclusive hotels, this also means that free water may not be available after restaurant operating hours, so plan ahead! Do not drink water out of the tap. Always ask for bottled water.
Drink Responsibly: We know that most travelers will consume alcohol during their time in Cabo. Please be responsible and follow some simple rules while consuming alcohol on your trip.
- Do NOT accept any drinks from anyone that you do not know.
- Never leave your drink unattended. Make sure you watch out for anything that could be slipped into your drink. If you think something may have been put in your drink, or you see someone putting something in drinks, do NOT drink it and inform a member of the LVIN Safety Team immediately.
LVIN Wristband: All guests will be provided with an LVIN wristband at check-in. Do NOT remove this wristband until you are on your flight back to the United States. This wristband will provide you with entrance to all LVIN activities. Still, most importantly, it will help our Safety & Security team identify you as a LVIN traveler and keep you safe. Remember: Do not lose your wristbands!
Drug Policy: Mexico has a ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy. If you are caught using, purchasing or with illegal drugs of any kind, you will go straight to jail. There is nothing that LVIN Staff will be able to do if you are caught with drugs. Please do NOT use drugs while you are in Mexico.
