LVIN CHECK-IN
All travelers must check in with LVIN on Sunday, March 12th. Have your LVIN booking email confirmation and passport ready at the LVIN check-in to receive your wristband which will grant you access to LVIN events. Do not lose your wristband, lost wristbands will incur a fee. If your wristband breaks you must bring the broken wristband to receive a complimentary replacement.
LVIN CHECK-IN LOCATION & TIME BY HOTEL
Marina Fiesta
Time: 10 AM – 9 PM
Location: Marina Fiesta Hotel – Omnia Conference Room (Lower Level). When you enter the hotel lobby head to the left and you will see a small set of stairs to take you to the hotel’s lower level, there you will see the Omnia Conference room! Look out for LVIN signage to guide you!
Me Cabo
Time: 10 AM – 9 PM
Location: Me Hotel (Front Entry)
Medano
Time: 10 AM – 9 PM
Location: Medano Main Lobby
Tesoro
Time: 10 AM – 9 PM
Location: Tesoro Conference Space Look out for LVIN signage in the Tesoro main lobby near the front desk!
Solmar
Time: 10 AM – 9 PM
Location: Directly outside of the Solmar front desk on the main patio. Look out for LVIN signage.
Pueblo Bonita Rose
Time: 10 AM – 9 PM
Location: Solon La Costa Meeting Space at the Pueblo Bonita Rose. This meeting space can be found in the adjacent building to the left of the valet! Look out for LVIN signage.
HOTEL CHECK-IN
Check-In Time: 4 PM
Have your passport and credit card ready when you check in for your hotel room. Although your room is provided for you through LVIN you are responsible for paying for any taxes or resort fees the hotel may have additional. You will also need to place a credit card on file for any incidental charges or damages. Please check your pre-trip information email for more information about all additional charges and fees due at check-in based on your hotel!
If you arrive earlier than 4 PM, kindly ask the hotel if early check-in is available for your room. If it is not possible you can always get ready for the day, leave your bags at the bell desk and come back after check-in time.
Your hotel will give you a unique wristband for their property. Do not lose this wristband. Hotels have the right to refuse replacements or charge high fees to replace them. Trust us, just do not lose this! Hotel security has the right to refuse entry to any non-hotel guests.
Lastly, you are required to physically check out of your hotel room with the front desk. Spring Break is a busy time of year so plan ahead and give yourself enough time to check out before your flight home!

Arriving in Cabo
For international arrivals when exiting the Airport after customs, keep an eye out for our LVIN Sign & Team Member at POST # 10. We’ll be there waiting for you, to take you directly to your hotel.
For domestic arrivals (layover in Mexico) walk outside to the “SALIDAS DE GRUPOS” and keep an eye out for a LVIN Sign & Team Member to take you to the shuttle!
Leaving Cabo
Your shuttle will leave exactly 4 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. Shuttles will be outside of the hotel entrance where you were dropped off!

Location: The dock to the booze cruise can be found behind the Breathless Cabo San Lucas Resort on the Marina side. Look out for LVIN staff and signage at the dock. Check out this LVIN google map for the location of the dock as well as the picture below!
Time: Make sure to check your LVIN account to re-confirm the time of your booking. There are multiple cruises per day and you will only be able to board the cruise for the time you purchased. PLEASE ARRIVE 30 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED BOAT TIME for LVIN check-in prior to boat boarding as well as security and bag searches.
Prohibited Items (From The Captain):
- No vapes, cigars, or cigarettes
- Any medication must be in a prescription bottle with a matching prescription
- No bottles or outside alcoholic beverages
- No drugs
- No backpacks, totes, or large purses

Your Meal Plan includes a total of 14 restaurants. Please view the list of restaurants and hours below.
When you arrive at a restaurant, please show the staff your wristband to ensure you receive your pre-selected meal and 2 drinks.

LVIN staff can be found throughout the trip at any one of our hotels, venues, and events. Look out for LVIN staff in ORANGE apparel!
LVIN will have info desks in each of our hotels daily from 10 am – 1 pm in case you need help or information, or just want to say hi! 👋 For details of each location, refer to your pre-trip itinerary email!

LVIN will have Security and Safety team members at all hotels and venues that are a part of the LVIN Spring Break itinerary.
If you have any questions or need help with anything, do not hesitate to speak with a LVIN Team Member. LVIN Security and Safety team members can be found wearing NEON GREEN apparel.
24/7 Safety & Help Line: LVIN will provide all guests with our 24/7 Safety & Helpline. All guests can text or call this line at any time if they need help with any safety or security issues, at +1 (310) 977-3810. For any emergencies call 911 immediately.
KNOW BEFORE YOU TRAVEL
Passport: When you arrive at your hotel in Mexico, place your passport in your hotel safe. Leave your passport in the safe until you are ready to leave Mexico to make sure you do not lose it. While in Mexico carry another form of ID but do not carry your passport.
Facemask: While government face mask mandates are no longer in act. You may be required to wear a facemask when entering any private properties (up to the owner’s discretion). We highly recommend bringing a face mask and having it available in case it is needed.
ATMs: we suggest that you use your hotel’s ATM over the ATMs in town. Most places accept all major credit cards but it is a good idea to have some cash on you (pesos or USD)!
Stay Hydrated: It is important to drink water throughout your time in Cabo. Be responsible and make sure that you stay hydrated. Cabo is not a 24/7 town and restaurants and shops close nightly around 10 PM. Make sure you take advantage of restaurant operating hours and hydrate during the day! Always stock up on water bottles while you can and have water bottles ready in your room before you leave for the night! For those participating in all-inclusive plans, this also means that free water may not be available after restaurant operating hours so plan ahead! Do not drink water out of the tap. Always ask for bottled water.
Drink Responsibly: We know that most travelers will consume alcohol during their time in Cabo. Please be responsible and follow some simple rules while consuming alcohol on your trip.
- Do NOT accept any drinks from anyone that you do not know.
- Never leave your drink unattended. Make sure you watch out for anything that could be slipped into your drink. If you think something may have been put in your drink, or you see someone putting something in drinks, do NOT drink it and inform a member of the LVIN Safety Team immediately.
LVIN Wristband: All guests will be provided with a LVIN wristband at check-in. Do NOT remove this wristband until you are on your flight back to the United States. This wristband will provide you with entrance to all LVIN activities but most importantly it will help our Safety & Security team identify you as a LVIN traveler and keep you safe. Remember: Do not lose your wristbands!
Drug Policy: Mexico has a ZERO TOLERANCE drug policy. If you are caught using, purchasing or with illegal drugs of any kind, you will go straight to jail. There is nothing that LVIN Staff will be able to do if you are caught with drugs. Please do NOT use drugs while you are in Mexico.
