The LVIN name, the LVIN logo and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of ours or our affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners.

NO RELIANCE ON INFORMATION

Although we make reasonable efforts to update the information on our site, we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied, that the content on our site is accurate, complete or up-to-date.

LIMITATION OF OUR LIABILITY

VIRUSES

We do not guarantee that our site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programs and platform in order to access our site. You should use your own virus protection software.

You must not misuse our site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our site, the server on which our site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our site.

You must not attack our site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack, or in any other way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any laws regarding the export of data or software to and from the United States or other countries). We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it.

USER-GENERATED CONTENT & FEEDBACK

USER-GENERATED CONTENT (UGC) By tagging LVIN in social media posts, uploading photos or videos to our platform, or sending media to us via email or messaging apps, you grant LVIN LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media. This includes, but is not limited to, using your media for marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes on our website and social media channels.

FEEDBACK AND SUGGESTIONS 

We welcome your feedback, comments, and suggestions. If you choose to contribute ideas for products, services, features, promotions, or strategies (collectively “Feedback”), the following terms apply regardless of any accompanying communication:

  • We have no obligation to review, consider, or implement your Feedback, or to return any part of it to you for any reason.
  • Feedback is provided on a non-confidential basis, and we are under no obligation to keep it confidential or refrain from using it in any way.
  • You irrevocably grant us perpetual and unlimited permission to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works of, modify, publicly perform, and otherwise exploit the Feedback and its derivatives for any purpose (including commercial products) without restriction, free of charge, and without attribution of any kind.

REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

 By providing content or Feedback, you represent and warrant that you own or otherwise control all rights to the content; that the content is accurate; and that use of the content does not violate these Terms & Conditions or cause injury to any person or entity.

GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

We provide this site for use only by persons located in the United States, Mexico and Canada. We make no claims that the site or any of its content is accessible or appropriate outside of the United States, Mexico or Canada. Access to the Website may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access the site from outside the United States, Mexico or Canada, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

All matters relating to the site and these Terms of Use, and any dispute or claim arising therefrom or related thereto (in each case, including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision or rule (whether of the State of California or any other jurisdiction).

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of, or related to, these Terms of Use or the site shall be instituted exclusively in the federal courts of the United States or the courts of the State of California, although we retain the right to bring any suit, action, or proceeding against you for breach of these Terms of Use in your country of residence or any other relevant country. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

II. TRAVEL & BOOKING TERMS

BOOKING & DEPOSIT

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation and lock in the applicable price tier. The amount of the deposit and the total trip price will be displayed at checkout.

By submitting a booking and providing a payment method, you authorize LVIN to charge the deposit and to charge your payment method for future payments as outlined in the payment plan you select (if applicable).

ONE BOOKING PER TRAVELER

Each booking is valid for one (1) named traveler only. While a parent, guardian, or third party may complete a purchase on behalf of a traveler, the traveler listed on the booking must be the individual who participates in the trip.

Multiple bookings for the same traveler for the same trip or departure are not permitted. The name on the booking must exactly match the traveler’s government-issued photo identification and must remain consistent across all components of the trip.

LVIN reserves the right to cancel duplicate or improperly created bookings at its discretion.

PAYMENT PLAN TERMS & CONDITIONS

If you select a Payment Plan option, the following terms apply:

Eligibility

Payment Plans are available only for trips with a start date 100 days or more from the date of booking. Travelers who are not eligible for a payment plan must pay their full trip balance at the time of booking.

Automatic Payments

The card you use at the time of booking will be retained securely and automatically charged according to the payment schedule you select at checkout. Payments are typically every 30 days until the balance is paid in full.

Final Payment

The final payment and your entire trip balance are due 45 days prior to your trip start date. If your trip balance is not paid in full by this deadline, LVIN has the right to cancel your trip.

Returned or Declined Payment

If an automatic payment is returned or declined by your payment provider:

  • LVIN may make up to two additional attempts to process the charge within the same month.
  • For each returned or declined payment, a $15 fee will be applied to your trip and charged to the payment method on file. This fee is due immediately to keep your trip in good standing

By selecting a payment plan, the traveler authorizes LVIN to securely store their payment method on file and to automatically charge the card on a recurring basis according to the payment schedule selected at checkout. Payments are typically charged every 30 days, with the final payment due no later than 45 days prior to the scheduled trip departure date, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Failure to complete any scheduled payment may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

Defaulted Trips

A trip is considered Defaulted if all automatic payment attempts fail. Defaulted trips may be canceled by LVIN at any time. Before cancellation, LVIN will send communications via email and SMS with steps you can take to avoid cancellation.

Effects of Cancellation Due to Non-Payment

If LVIN cancels your trip due to non-payment:

  • All payments made under the payment plan are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • LVIN may offer you the option to rebook, but any booking discount applied to your original reservation may be lost.
Additional Voluntary Payments

You may make additional voluntary payments toward your balance at any time prior to the final payment date.

III. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All payments made after the initial 48-hour window are non-refundable, including installment payments made under a payment plan.

If a traveler cancels a booking while enrolled in a payment plan, all payments made to date are forfeited, and no further charges will be processed for the remaining balance.

If a booking is paid in full, the booking is non-refundable after 48 hours, unless optional trip insurance was purchased and a covered claim applies.

CANCELLATION PROCESS

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@lvinlife.com. Cancellations submitted through any other channel will not be accepted. A cancellation is not considered valid unless and until written confirmation is provided by LVIN Customer Service.

TRIP TRANSFERS

Transfer Policy

All LVIN trip transfers must be facilitated exclusively by LVIN Customer Service and are subject to review, approval, and completion at the sole discretion of LVIN. Submission of a transfer request does not guarantee that a transfer will be approved or completed.

Only the original booker may initiate a transfer request. Requests must be submitted via email and must CC the intended recipient on the initial message. The original booking must be paid in full at the time the transfer request is submitted, and the request must include the intended recipient’s full contact details (first name, last name, and email address).

LVIN does not issue refunds, reimbursements, or cash-equivalent credits for transferred bookings. Any financial exchange or arrangement between the original booker and the intended recipient is a private, third-party transaction conducted outside of LVIN, and LVIN is not responsible for or liable for any payment disputes, fraud, misrepresentation, or losses arising from such arrangements.

All transfers are subject to a transfer fee, which must be paid in full before any transfer is processed. Customer Service will communicate within the same email thread to confirm the recipient’s intent to travel and to obtain written confirmation that the recipient has reviewed and agrees to LVIN’s Terms & Conditions. No transfer will be completed without this confirmation.

Transfer Fees

Transfer fees are determined based on the date the transfer request is received by LVIN Customer Service:

  • 60 days or more prior to departure: $100, plus any fees imposed by third-party vendors
  • 59 to 31 days prior to departure: $200, plus any fees imposed by third-party vendors
  • Within 30 days of departure: $400, plus any fees imposed by third-party vendors, and only if approved by LVIN and all applicable third-party vendors
Transfer Process

Unless otherwise determined by LVIN in its sole discretion, trip transfers are completed using one of the following methods, as determined by Customer Service based on inventory status, vendor requirements, and operational considerations:

Promotional Code: Facilitated Transfer

LVIN may cancel the original booking and issue a non-refundable, non-transferable promotional code to the original booker for the sole purpose of facilitating the transfer.

This promotional code:
  • May only be provided by the original booker to the intended transfer recipient
  • May only be redeemed for the same trip and dates originally booked
  • Must be redeemed through LVIN’s booking platform
  • Has no cash value and may not be refunded, exchanged, or extended

The promotional code is a technical mechanism used solely to enable a trip transfer and does not constitute a refund, reimbursement, or consumer credit.

Customer Service: Issued Transfer

In certain circumstances, Customer Service may, at its discretion, manually complete the transfer by reissuing the booking to the intended recipient directly through LVIN’s internal systems, subject to inventory availability and third-party vendor approval.

The transfer recipient is solely responsible for complying with all LVIN policies, Terms & Conditions, and third-party vendor requirements. LVIN will not facilitate, participate in, or be responsible for any reimbursement, payment, or agreement between the original booker and the transfer recipient.

Once all required confirmations are received, all applicable fees are paid, and Customer Service approval is granted, LVIN Customer Service will complete the transfer using the method it deems appropriate.

IV. TRAVEL LOGISTICS & REQUIREMENTS

FLIGHTS TERMS

LVIN may assist with organizing group flights for certain trips. All payments made toward flights are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE, regardless of the reason for cancellation or changes to your travel plans. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • voluntary cancellations by the traveler;
  • changes to trip dates;
  • changes to flight itineraries;
  • no-shows or missed flights; and
  • airline delays or schedule changes.

LVIN is not responsible for any issues arising from airline services, including flight delays, cancellations, changes, baggage issues, misconnects, or other airline-related problems. Flight tickets issued in connection with your trip are subject to the terms and conditions of the airline or travel supplier, and those terms may differ from LVIN’s terms.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Any travel documented as “flights” provided, arranged, or facilitated by LVIN is governed by the rules, terms, and conditions of the airline(s) and other third-party providers.
  • LVIN does not guarantee flight schedules, availability, or pricing, and is not liable for any loss, damage, expense, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by airline carriers or other transportation providers.
Flight Changes & Responsibilities

Travelers are responsible for verifying flight details (names, dates, routing) before tickets are finalized. Any costs incurred due to traveler errors (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect dates) are the traveler’s responsibility.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION (PASSPORTS & VISAS)

Travelers must ensure they have valid travel documents required for their itinerary, including but not limited to passports, visas, ESTA/other entry authorizations, immunization records, and any required health documentation for destinations or connection points. LVIN is not responsible for a traveler’s denial of boarding, entry into a foreign country, fines, or other penalties arising from invalid, expired, or missing travel documents.

Contacting Airlines for Flight Support

For assistance with flight schedule changes, baggage issues, seat assignments, or other airline-specific inquiries, travelers should contact the airline directly. LVIN may provide general assistance or guidance, but ultimate authority and support for airline services rest with the airline and its customer service channels.

OPTIONAL TRAVEL PROTECTION (CFAR)

If you purchased travel protection through LVIN (such as Student Deluxe with CFAR — Cancel for Any Reason), coverage may reimburse up to 75% of the non-refundable trip cost, subject to a $10,000 maximum benefit, provided that your trip cancellation occurs 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure.

Travel protection is optional and separate from your trip purchase; unless you elected and paid for coverage at checkout, you are not enrolled and are not eligible for any benefits.

Coverage Details

Travel protection may cover eligible expenses due to cancellation, interruption, or certain unforeseen events as defined by the policy. Actual coverage terms, limits, exclusions, and conditions are set forth in the insurance policy and may vary based on when coverage was purchased, traveler age, and other policy requirements.

Eligibility

Eligibility for travel protection benefits is governed entirely by the terms of the insurance policy. Not all travelers or circumstances may qualify for benefits, and coverage may be limited or unavailable if the policy was not purchased within required timeframes or if certain conditions are not met.

Travel Documentation & Requirements

Some travel protection benefits may require documentation such as medical records, proof of delay, or other third-party documentation. It is the traveler’s responsibility to review the policy for required documentation and to comply with reporting deadlines and procedures.

TRAVELER AGE & ID REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Age Requirement

Participation in all LVIN trips, tours, activities, and events is restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of travel. By booking travel with LVIN, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. No exceptions will be made for minors, including for parental consent or accompaniment.

Government-Issued Identification

All travelers are required to present a valid, government-issued photo identification at check-in, at hotel front desks, for club/venue entry, and whenever requested by LVIN representatives or third-party vendors. Acceptable forms of identification include, but are not limited to:

  • A valid U.S. driver’s license;
  • A valid passport;
  • A government-issued state or national ID card.

ID presented must be current (not expired) and contain a photograph matching the traveler’s appearance.

Name Matching Policy

The name on the traveler’s booking must exactly match the name on the government-issued photo ID presented at check-in and at all venues. This includes spelling, initials, and order of names.

If the name on the booking does not match the traveler’s identification:

  • Entry to hotels, flights, clubs, or other activities may be denied;
  • No refunds, credits, or cancellations will be issued as a result of a name mismatch.
Denial of Entry or Participation

If a traveler is denied entry or participation in any part of the trip, event, club, or activity due to failure to meet the age requirement, inability to provide acceptable ID, or a failure to match the name on their booking to their ID, LVIN will not be liable for:

  • any refunds or credits;
  • any additional costs the traveler may incur (e.g., alternate accommodations, transportation, missed activities);
  • any consequential losses arising from such denial.
Responsibility to Verify

It is the traveler’s responsibility to review and ensure compliance with all relevant age and identification requirements for their trip, including any additional requirements imposed by third-party venues, airlines, hotels, casinos, nightlife establishments, or local laws at destination locations.

V. ON-TRIP ACCOMMODATIONS & EXPERIENCE

ROOMING: GROUP SETUP & ROOM LEADER

Once rooming opens, please coordinate with the individuals you wish to share a room with and decide who will serve as the Room Leader. The Room Leader will then log into their LVIN account and create a group. Once all group members have been added, the room can be confirmed.

To room together, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • All group members must have purchased the same hotel option.
  • All travelers must be booked for the same trip dates
  • The Room Leader must successfully complete the rooming group setup within the designated rooming window

LVIN does not assign random roommates. Travelers who fail to complete rooming in accordance with LVIN’s instructions may be subject to reassignment, upgrade, alternative accommodations, or cancellation at LVIN’s discretion..

UNDER-OCCUPANCY, ROOMING CHARGES & ADJUSTMENTS

If a rooming group fails to meet the required occupancy for the selected room type, LVIN may, at its sole discretion:

  • upgrade the booking to the next appropriate room option if inventory permits
  • offer an alternative room option; or
  • cancel the booking

If a traveler’s booking has already been paid in full and they request a change to room assignments, the traveler may be required to pay any difference in price associated with the new room configuration at the time the change is requested.

LVIN does not guarantee approval of rooming changes after the rooming period has closed, and any approved changes remain subject to inventory availability and third-party vendor constraints.

HOTEL CHECK-IN, RESORTS FEES & INCIDENTALS

All travelers are required to check in directly at the hotel front desk to receive room keys. At hotel check-in, travelers must:

  • present valid government-issued photo identification
  • provide a valid credit card for incidental charges; and
  • pay any applicable resort, destination, or hotel-imposed fees

Incidental charges may include, but are not limited to, room service, late checkout, minibar usage, property damage, or additional hotel services. LVIN is not responsible for any incidental charges, resort fees, taxes, or other hotel-imposed costs incurred during the stay.

LVIN CHECK-IN & WRISTBAND POLICY

Prior to departure, LVIN will send travelers an email outlining when and where LVIN check-in will take place. LVIN check-in is mandatory for all travelers.

At LVIN check-in, travelers will receive an official LVIN wristband.

  • Wristbands must be worn at all times during the trip
  • Wristbands are required for access to LVIN-hosted events and partner venues
  • Lost, damaged, or stolen wristbands may be subject to a replacement fee

Failure to complete LVIN check-in or failure to wear a wristband may result in denied access to included events or venues, without refund or credit.

DAYCLUB & NIGHTCLUB ACCESS RULES

LVIN will provide entrance times, procedures, and venue details for all included dayclubs and nightclubs prior to arrival and/or at check-in.

To receive access to any included venue, travelers must:

  • arrive within the designated entry window
  • be wearing their LVIN wristband; and
  • comply with all venue rules, capacity limits, dress codes, and local regulations

Complimentary or included venue access is never guaranteed and is always subject to venue discretion, arrival time, capacity restrictions, dress code compliance, and local laws. LVIN is not responsible for denied entry resulting from venue rules, traveler conduct, or non-compliance with venue requirements.

VI. GENERAL TERMS

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ASSUMPTION OF RISK

LVIN LLC assumes no responsibility for delays, losses, accidents, injuries, or damages to persons or property caused by any third party providing services in connection with a trip, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, transportation providers, venues, restaurants, or other service providers. Travelers acknowledge that participation in trips and activities involves inherent risks and assume full responsibility for their participation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LVIN LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to any trip, activity, or service, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise.

INDEMNIFICATION & HOLD HARMLESS

By booking or participating in any LVIN trip, the traveler agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LVIN LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, vendors, and partners from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the traveler’s actions, omissions, conduct, or participation in any trip or activity.

RIGHT TO TERMINATE SERVICES

LVIN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate any traveler’s participation in a trip or activity at any time for violation of these Terms & Conditions, failure to comply with instructions, disruptive behavior, or conduct deemed unsafe or inappropriate, without refund or credit.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT & NO WAIVER
