THE FOLLOWING OFFICIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“OFFICIAL RULES”) APPLY TO THE “DJ SPRING BREAK GIVEAWAY” .

Eligibility: The Sweepstake is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. (void in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions and protectorates, foreign-based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law) who are minimum eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Participants must be actively enrolled college students at the time of entry. Officers, employees, and directors of LVIN LLC, headquartered at 3780 Kilroy Airport Way, Long Beach, CA 90806 (“Sponsor”), and any other company or agency involved in the administration of this Program or the prize providers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period: The Entry Period begins January 21, 2026 at 2:00 PM PST and ends February 11, 2026 at 12:00 AM PST (the “Entry Period”).

How to Enter:

To enter, participants must complete the following during the Entry Period:

1. Submit a 2–3 minute DJ mix video on TikTok.

2. Tag @lvin.life in the caption and include the hashtag #LVINCABODJ.

3. Complete the submission form available via LVIN’s Instagram bio.

Participants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry complies with these Official Rules. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period to be eligible. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor.

Drawings:

Subject to these Official Rules, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner based on creativity, performance, and overall quality of eligible submissions one (1) week following the conclusion of the Entry Period (February 18, 2026). Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner via the contact information provided. The potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours or an alternate potential winner may be selected.

Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release within the time period specified by Sponsor. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate potential winner. The potential winner’s performance slot will be scheduled for the same Spring Break week as their purchased trip and cannot be changed. If the potential winner is unable or unwilling to perform as required, the prize may be forfeited in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Prizes: The winner will receive the following Grand Prize: an opening DJ performance slot at an official LVIN Spring Break event during the winner’s purchased Spring Break week. No travel, lodging, meals, or other expenses are included unless explicitly stated by Sponsor. The total ARV of the prize will be determined by Sponsor. Unclaimed or unredeemed prizes will not be awarded. The prize is only valid for the following Cabo Spring Break 2026 weeks: March 8–12, March 15–19, March 22–26, and March 29–April 2.

Prize Terms:

The total ARV of all prizes offered in the Program will be determined by Sponsor. Unclaimed or unredeemed prizes will not be awarded. Any difference between the stated ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

If for any reason the prize or related event is delayed, postponed, modified, or canceled, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the Program and award a substitute prize, or portion of a prize, of comparable or greater value. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent of the prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted.

The Released Parties shall have no responsibility or obligation to a winner who is unable or unavailable to perform or otherwise accept or utilize the prize for any reason. Performance dates, times, and conditions are subject to Sponsor’s discretion and event availability.

General Conditions: IF THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONFLICT WITH OR OTHERWISE DIFFER FROM ANY PROMOTIONAL OR OTHER MATERIALS PUBLISHED OR MADE AVAILABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST, THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL CONTROL. 

 In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstake is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstake to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstake in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstake, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstake. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Sweepstake is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties (as defined below) from any and all liability resulting or arising from your acts or omissions in connection with the Sweepstake, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstake and hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize.

ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR AT ANY TIME. In the event a prize winner engages in or threatens behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is contrary to the spirit of any Grand Prize or the Sweepstake, or is dangerous, obnoxious, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, endanger, threaten or harass any other person, or that otherwise conflicts with the Sponsor’s values, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such Grand Prize, in whole or in part.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless (i) Sponsor, Administrator, Amazon, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents and (ii) its affiliates, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstake or receipt, redemption or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstake; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstake or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Privacy and Publicity: In order to promote, market and publicize the Sweepstake, the Sponsor and certain other related initiatives, entities and services, the Sponsor requires a license to use any and all information, materials, work product, concepts, files and content posted, made available or submitted in connection with each entrant’s participation in the Sweepstake, including each entrant’s name (and likenesses), user names, biographical information and any other personal information together with each Submission (collectively, “Postings”). By way of example and by no means limitation, the Postings may be used in connection with entrant lists, news feeds, emails, notifications, message boards, forums, blogs, blasts, online social community network profiles/groups/platforms, periodicals, magazines, news reports, websites, programming channels, broadcast and any other means of public display and performance, and other uses which may incorporate the Sponsor and/or other affiliated parties’ property and branding (including promotional materials such as banners, photos, logos, trademarks, audio-visual content, etc.) (collectively, the “Sponsor Materials”).  Accordingly, each entrant hereby expressly grants the Sponsor, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, sublicensable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, exhibit, create derivative works, modify and promote any and all Postings in, on, through and in connection with any and all now known or hereafter devised, discovered or developed forms of media, products, platforms and services, without notice and without compensation, right of inspection, royalty, accounting, liability or obligation of any kind to any entrant or any other third party.

Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstake will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the Sweepstake constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Disputes: You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstake or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Nevada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstake, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Nevada.

BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNERS AND ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ACCEPT AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, BACTERIA, VIRUS, OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, WHETHER OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER ANY THE PRIZE EVENT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRIZE, HOWEVER CAUSED OR CONTRACTED, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT COVID-19 RELATED RISKS MAY INCREASE BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, AND/OR TRAVELING TO AND/OR ATTENDING THE PRIZE EVENT. THE RELEASED PARTIES CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT PARTICIPANTS, POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS, OR ACCOMPANIED GUESTS (OR ANY OTHER PERSON, INCLUDING ANY PARTICIPANT’S, ANY POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER’S, OR ANY ACCOMPANIED GUEST’S FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS) WILL NOT BE EXPOSED TO OR INFECTED BY COVID-19.
