Eligibility: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and Washington D.C. (void in Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, United States territories, possessions and protectorates, foreign-based United States military installations and wherever restricted or prohibited by law) who are minimum eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Participants must be actively enrolled college students at the time of entry. Officers, employees, and directors of LVIN LLC, headquartered at 3780 Kilroy Airport Way, Long Beach, CA 90806 (“Sponsor”), and any other company or agency involved in the administration of this Program or the prize providers, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Period: The Entry Period begins August 22, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM PST on October 10th, 2025 (the “Entry Period”). 

How to Enter: (1) Fill out the form above. Only one (1) entry per person. All entries must be received by the end of the Entry Period in order to participate. Participants must be actively enrolled college students at the time of entry. (2) Follow us on Instagram @lvin.life. Proof of entering information at the Website is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt by Sponsor of such entry.

Drawings: Subject to these Official Rules, Sponsor will select one (1) potential winner for the Grand Prize as defined below) selected from among all qualifying entrants on or about [1 day] after the conclusion of the Entry Period. The odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received by the time of the drawing. Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winners on the date of a drawing. A potential winner must respond within twenty-four (24) hours. If she/he doesn’t, Sponsor will select an alternate potential winner in a random drawing of all remaining entries.

Potential Winner Requirements: Except where prohibited, a potential winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. If a potential winner fails to sign and return these documents within the one week, an alternate potential winner may be selected in his/her place in a random drawing of all remaining entries received. The potential prize winner must be able to travel to Rosaroto at such date, time, and location specified by Sponsor. If a potential prize winner chooses not to accept the Grand Prize, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is unable and/or unwilling to attend as specified by Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, the Grand Prize shall be forfeited, in its entirety, by that potential prize winner, and Sponsor reserves the right to offer the Grand Prize to another qualifying entrant, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules. If Sponsor cannot find any eligible entrants, the Grand Prize shall be forfeited.

Prizes: The winner will receive the following Grand Prize: a free trip to Rosarito Spring Break 2026 for one person (hotel assigned by LVIN), event passes and $250 cash to spend. Travel expenses beyond those explicitly stated, including hotel upgrades, additional accommodations, and personal costs, are not included in the Grand Prize. The prize is only valid for the following Rosarito Spring Break 2026 weeks: Week 1: March 18 – 22, week 2: March 25 – 29, week 3: April 1 – 5. The total ARV of all prizes offered in the Program will be updated based on the revised sweepstakes valuation. Unclaimed or unredeemed prizes will not be awarded.

Prize Terms: The total ARV of all prizes offered in the Program will be updated based on the revised sweepstakes valuation. Unclaimed/Unredeemed prizes will not be awarded. Any difference between the ARV and the actual value, if any, will not be awarded. Limit one (1) prize per person. All prize details not specified in these Official Rules will be determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the prize description above, including but not limited to, flight and hotel upgrades, additional ground transportation, meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes, gratuity, or other expenses are the sole responsibility of the winner. If for any reason a prize is unavailable or any prize or related event is delayed, canceled, or postponed, or for any other reason, the Sponsor reserves the right to modify the Program in its sole discretion and award a substitute prize, or portion of a prize, of comparable or greater value as set forth in these Official Rules. No substitution, transfer, assignment, or cash equivalent of a prize, or any portion thereof, is permitted by a Winner. The Released Parties (as defined below) shall have no responsibility or obligation to a Winner who is unable or unavailable to, or who does not for any reason, accept or utilize a prize. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of the Prize Winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Once confirmed, trip dates and travel accommodations cannot be changed by the Prize Winner; travel is subject to availability, blackout dates, carrier terms, travel restrictions, conduct requirements and/or changes due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. 

The value of a prize will be taxable to the Winner as income. An IRS Form 1099 and W9 will be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the prize awarded. All U.S. federal, state, and local tax liability, and any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance or use of a prize not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the winner’s responsibility. Failure to complete any component of any prize does not relieve the prize winner of his/her tax obligations associated with winning such a prize. 

General Conditions: IF THESE OFFICIAL RULES CONFLICT WITH OR OTHERWISE DIFFER FROM ANY PROMOTIONAL OR OTHER MATERIALS PUBLISHED OR MADE AVAILABLE IN CONNECTION WITH THE CONTEST, THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL CONTROL. 

 In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the Sweepstakes is impaired in any way, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion, either: (a) suspend the Sweepstakes to address the impairment and then resume the Sweepstakes in a manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b) award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the operation of the Sweepstakes, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any person who seeks to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes. Failure by Sponsor to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Proof of sending any communication to Sponsor by mail shall not be deemed proof of receipt of that communication by Sponsor. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to enter will be deemed to be the owner. The Sweepstakes is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties (as defined below) from any and all liability resulting or arising from your acts or omissions in connection with the Sweepstakes, to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Released Parties from any and all liability resulting or arising from the Sweepstakes and hereby acknowledge that the Released Parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Grand Prize.

ANYONE DEEMED BY THE SPONSOR TO BE IN VIOLATION OF THE SPONSOR’S INTERPRETATION OF THE LETTER AND/OR SPIRIT OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR ANY REASON IS SUBJECT TO DISQUALIFICATION IN THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION OF THE SPONSOR OR ADMINISTRATOR AT ANY TIME. In the event a prize winner engages in or threatens behavior that (as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion) is contrary to the spirit of any Grand Prize or the Sweepstakes, or is dangerous, obnoxious, threatening, illegal or that is intended to annoy, abuse, endanger, threaten or harass any other person, or that otherwise conflicts with the Sponsor’s values, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate such Grand Prize, in whole or in part.

Release and Limitations of Liability: By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless (i) Sponsor, Administrator, Amazon, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents and (ii) its affiliates, and their respective agents, employees, officers, directors, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, redemption or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (g) injury or damage to persons or property. You further agree that in any cause of action, in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney’s fees. You waive the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

Privacy and Publicity: In order to promote, market and publicize the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor and certain other related initiatives, entities and services, the Sponsor requires a license to use any and all information, materials, work product, concepts, files and content posted, made available or submitted in connection with each entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes, including each entrant’s name (and likenesses), user names, biographical information and any other personal information together with each Submission (collectively, “Postings”). By way of example and by no means limitation, the Postings may be used in connection with entrant lists, news feeds, emails, notifications, message boards, forums, blogs, blasts, online social community network profiles/groups/platforms, periodicals, magazines, news reports, websites, programming channels, broadcast and any other means of public display and performance, and other uses which may incorporate the Sponsor and/or other affiliated parties’ property and branding (including promotional materials such as banners, photos, logos, trademarks, audio-visual content, etc.) (collectively, the “Sponsor Materials”).  Accordingly, each entrant hereby expressly grants the Sponsor, a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully-paid, non-exclusive, sublicensable and transferable right and license to use, reproduce, encode, store, copy, transmit, publish, post, broadcast, display, publicly perform, exhibit, create derivative works, modify and promote any and all Postings in, on, through and in connection with any and all now known or hereafter devised, discovered or developed forms of media, products, platforms and services, without notice and without compensation, right of inspection, royalty, accounting, liability or obligation of any kind to any entrant or any other third party.

Any information you submit as part of the Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Except where prohibited participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes an entrant’s consent to Sponsor’s use of his/her name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Disputes: You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Nevada. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, your rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nevada, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Nevada or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Nevada.

BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNERS AND ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ACCEPT THE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS NATURE AND RISK IN ANY TRAVEL OR TRANSPORTATION, SUCH RISK INCLUDING PERSONAL INJURY AND/OR DEATH, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT HIS/HER PARTICIPATION IN THE PRIZE EVENT IS VOLUNTARY, ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THERE ARE NATURAL FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES WHICH MAY IMPACT ON OR AFFECT THE SAFETY OF THE ACTIVITIES HE/SHE IS PARTICIPATING IN AND HE/SHE ASSUMES THE RISK OF SUCH FACTORS AND OCCURRENCES AND AGREES THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES SHALL NOT BE IN ANY WAY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY RESULTING INJURY AND/OR DEATH. BY ACCEPTING PRIZE, WINNERS AND ACCOMPANIED GUESTS ACCEPT AND VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS RELATED TO EXPOSURE TO COVID-19 AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, BACTERIA, VIRUS, OR OTHER PATHOGEN CAPABLE OF CAUSING A COMMUNICABLE DISEASE OR ILLNESS, WHETHER OCCURRING BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER ANY THE PRIZE EVENT OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY PRIZE, HOWEVER CAUSED OR CONTRACTED, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT COVID-19 RELATED RISKS MAY INCREASE BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, AND/OR TRAVELING TO AND/OR ATTENDING THE PRIZE EVENT. THE RELEASED PARTIES CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT PARTICIPANTS, POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNERS, OR ACCOMPANIED GUESTS (OR ANY OTHER PERSON, INCLUDING ANY PARTICIPANT’S, ANY POTENTIAL PRIZE WINNER’S, OR ANY ACCOMPANIED GUEST’S FAMILY OR HOUSEHOLD MEMBERS) WILL NOT BE EXPOSED TO OR INFECTED BY COVID-19.
