How do I select my roommates?

When booking your trip, you will be asked who you would like to room with. Your Ambassador is responsible for assigning rooms and is something that will be final 30 days before your trip departure date.

Can I get a refund if I don’t want to go anymore?

Within 30 days of booking your trip, you can receive a full refund. To do so, please email us at info@LVINlife.com

Do I need a passport?

Yes, to travel to Mexico you will need a passport.

What artists will we see in the Live Performance and where will the concert be?

The concerts will take place at Squid Roe on Tuesday Night. Artist TBD and will be announced in Early 2021.

How do I select my roommates for Cabo Spring Break?

Your Ambassador is responsible for assigning rooms and is something that will be final 30 days before your trip departure date.

If I can't make it to Cabo anymore, can I get a refund?

The deposit fee is fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking being made and the cancellation occurs more than 60 days prior to the scheduled trip start date.

Unfortunately, if it has been more than 48 hours, your trip is non-refundable.

Yes, to travel to Mexico you will need a passport.

What artists will we see in Cabo at the Live Performance and where will the concert be?

What are LVIN's Add-On options for Cabo Spring Break?

Booze Cruise: Enjoy a 2-hour Cruise around Cabo Bay

Round-Trip Transportation: When arriving in Cabo, a Concierge will shuttle you directly to your hotel. When leaving, you’ll be picked up and driven back to the airport.

5th Night: Upgrade your Spring Break by adding a 5th Night and keep the party going!

How long will open bars be in Cabo during Spring Break?

Open Bars will last a total of 3 hours. There will be multiple Open Bar parties during your Cabo Spring Break trip at venues like Mango Deck, Squid Roe, Mandala to name a few. Full itinerary and details will be provided closer to your trip date.

Is Cabo Safe? Will we have security?

Cabo is a safe destination to travel to. According to the US Travel Advisory website, there are currently no travel restrictions or warnings in Cabo. In addition, we will have LVIN Staff onsite for any healthy, safety & security needs.

If I cannot go to Cabo anymore, can I sell my trip to a friend?

Unfortunately, you can’t transfer a trip to a friend. However, if requested in time, we may be able to secure you credit for a future trip. For more information, please email us at info@LVINlife.com.

Can I book my main trip/land package to Cabo San Lucas now and pay for my flight and other add-ons later?

Yes! To add experience to your trip (flights, etc) after booking a trip, please email us at info@LVINlife.com and we’ll be happy to help.

Spring Break 2025 in Cabo is over 5 weeks from March 2nd – April 3rd.

How long will open bars be in Rosarito Beach during Spring Break?

Open Bars will be from 2 to 3 hours long, depending on the day and venue. Exact schedule will be announced closer to the trip.

How will Rosarito Meal Plans work?

There are No Meal Plans for Rosarito nor are Meals included in your Trip Package.

Where do I check in when I arrive to my hotel in Las Vegas?

All guests will check into the hotel and receive their rooms keys at the regular hotel check in/front desk.
The location of the specific LVIN (or other partner name) check-into receive your party wristband, will be sent to you by email at least 1 week prior to your arrival date. There will also be hosts in each hotel lobby helping to guide you to the correct destination for check in.

What is the DJ/Artist Lineup?

What is the legal drinking age and age to gamble in Las Vegas?

The legal drinking age is 21. You must have a VALID Driver’s License, Government issued ID card or Passport in order to enter to all clubs in Las Vegas. You will also need the same form of identification and be at least 21 years of age to gamble and/or check-in to any hotel in Las Vegas. All guests must adhere to State & Local laws. Any violation of State or Local laws will result in immediate removal from the trip.

How do I buy or get more info on VIP tables at a nightclub or dayclub?

Please send an email to info@LVINlife.com or text +1-844-818-3710 with the details of your request and one of our VIP Hosts will contact you immediately with pricing and availability. Make sure to include the club(s) you are interested in, the date, specific DJ (if applicable) and any budget that you have.

What time do we need to arrive to the clubs to receive Free/ VIP entry with our Party Wristband?

The club arrival times will be released along with the club/DJ lineup. Guests must arrive prior to the set times in order to receive Free & Expedited entrance into the clubs. Typical arrival time for nightclubs is prior to 11:30pm and for day- clubs is prior to 1pm. However these times may change depending on the specific club and DJ.
An email will be sent out prior to the weekend with the exact club lineup, artists/DJ’s performing & club arrival times.

What is the Dress Code for Nightclubs & Dayclubs?

Each club has specific dress code requirements that can be found on the clubs website. However, as a general rule, you should follow these guideline for nightclubs and Dayclubs.
Nightclubs – dress code is upscale, fashionable attire. Clubs do not permit hats, sandals, sneakers, boots, ripped or baggy clothing, t-shirts or athletic wear. See clubs website for further details.
Dayclubs/PoolParties – dress code requires women to wear a swimsuit with a sundress or wrap.
Men need to wear board shorts or similar bathing suit, a T-shirt and sandals/flip-flops or shoes. Undershirts, cut-off shorts and athletic wear like gym shorts, sneakers and sports jerseys, or regular street wear are forbidden.
