Payment Plans

We’ve made it super easy to secure your trip with our 9 month payment plan. Pay automatically every 30 days. This means you can lock in your spot now and pay as you go—no stress! Your credit card will automatically be charged every 30 days. Final and all payments must be completed by November 15th, 2026.

 

Rooming Details

Upon the time of your booking, you will be purchasing a spot in a room shared with others. You may upgrade your room to an individual room or with less people. Upgrades will become available when rooming begins 120 days from your departure date. If you wish to room with other LVIN travelers, you will be able to specify via your online account, available 120 days from your departure date.

 

Add Travel Protection

Protect your trip with Travel Protection by Student Deluxe, which includes CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason) coverage. If something unexpected comes up, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure and get back up to 75% of your nonrefundable trip cost (up to $10,000). Available for purchase during checkout for $69.

How do I Book My Trip?

Easy peasy. You’ve got two options:

  • Pay in Full – Done and dusted.
  • Flexible 9-month payment plan available, with final payments due by November 15, 2026.

You’re fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as it’s 100+ days before your trip starts.

How does Rooming work?
Rooming assignments open 120 days before your trip. Got a friend booking separately? Make sure you both choose the same room type and submit your roommate info through your online account.
  • Booking within 90 days of the trip? Email us your roommate details within 48 hours!
Prefer More Space?
If you want fewer people in your room than the standard setup, we’ll try to upgrade you if inventory allows. If not, you might get paired with another traveler—or we’ll offer an alternative option.
What happens at Hotel Check-In?

The Room Leader checks in at the front desk to grab your room keys. Heads up—you’ll need to pay resort/destination fees and provide a credit card for extras like room service or late checkout. LVIN isn’t responsible for these charges, so plan ahead!

Is Cabo Safe? Will we have Security?

Cabo is a safe destination to travel to. According to the US Travel Advisory website, there are currently no travel restrictions or warnings in Cabo. In addition, we will have LVIN Staff onsite for any health, safety & security needs.

If I can't go anymore on the trip, can I get a Refund?

If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking being made and the cancellation occurs more than 100 days prior to the scheduled trip start date, yes. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 48 hours, your trip is non-refundable. To cover up to 75% of your non-refundable trip, consider purchasing Travel Protection.

How old do you have to be to go on this Trip? Do I need a Passport?

You must be 18 years or older on the day the trip starts. Yes, to travel to Mexico you will need a passport.

What Add-Ons are available for this trip?

Booking & General Terms

This is an 18+ trip. A valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. drivers license, passport) must be shown at Will Call to pickup your Wristband. Your wristband must be worn at all times during the trip. All sales final. Bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable. This trip is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above, and valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry. The name on the ticket order must match the name on the presented ID. No exceptions will be made. Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of entry without refund. By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these terms.

LVIN LLC assumes no responsibility for delays, losses, accidents or for damage to persons or property caused by any person, firm or other legal entity providing any of our services including, but not limited to, hotel, restaurant, transportation, transfers, sightseeing or any other service incident to or provided within this tour. LVIN reserves the right to make any changes to our tours, activities or services, including pricing. LVIN LLC reserves the right to terminate any service for any client at any time at its sole discretion. These terms and conditions may not be waived except by express written consent of LVIN LLC senior management. By participating in any tour/activity/trip, you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to all of the terms and conditions listed herein and hold LVIN LLC, its partners, employees, management, members, executives, directors, shareholders, vendors and suppliers harmless for any issue, problem, accident or injury arising from any activity, event or tour that you participate in.
