Participant acknowledges that LVIN LLC is responsible ONLY for providing access to specified venues and open bars during the pre-set times provided in its itinerary. LVIN makes no representations and takes no responsibility for anything other than providing this access. The participant is solely responsible for arriving on time to these venues to access the services offered. Failure to do so may prohibit entry. No representations are made by LVIN other that what is specifically detailed in your package. These include, but are not limited to hotels, restaurants and other activities. The participant acknowledges that he or she meets the minimum legal age for alcoholic consumption in the Country of Mexico. The participant acknowledges that he or she is solely responsible for his or her conduct, behavior and experience attending any LVIN, LLC activity. The participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless LVIN LLC, its owners, directors, officers, affiliates, vendors, suppliers and all other parties associated with providing this package for any actions taken by the participant or their behavior during the course of any LVIN, LLC activity. If any legal action or dispute occurs for any reason and in any form, participant agrees that it will be settled using the facilities of the American Arbitration Association in Los Angeles, CA. Participant acknowledges that he has read and fully understands these conditions and agrees to abide by them without limitation or reservation.
