This isn’t just any Spring Break—this is the 6th edition of Cabo Spring Break with LVIN, where college students from across the country come together to live it up. Payment Plans
We’ve made it super easy to secure your trip with our payment plan. Start with just a $20 deposit, and then pay automatically every 30 days. Your final payment is due by October 31st, 2025. This means you can lock in your spot now and pay as you go—no stress!
Rooming Details
When you book, you’re reserving a spot in a shared room. Want to upgrade to a private room or reduce your number of roommates? Simply email us at rooming@lvinlife.com to inquire about availability. Don’t forget: If you’re booking with friends but separately, make sure to specify your roommates via your online account. If you book within 90 days of departure, submit your roommate details within 48 hours to secure your spot with your crew!

– Traveling with Friends? If you’re booking separately, you’ll need to select each other as roommates in your online account. This can be done from 120 to 90 days before your trip. Make sure you all choose the same rooming option!
– Rooming with Other Travelers: Prefer to meet new people? You can request a room with other LVIN travelers in your online account when rooming opens 120 days before your trip.
– Fewer Roommates: If you want fewer people in your room and space allows, we’ll upgrade you. If upgrades aren’t available, we’ll provide alternatives, such as adding another traveler to your room.

Add Travel Protection
Protect your trip with Travel Protection by Student Deluxe, which includes CFAR (Cancel for Any Reason) coverage. If something unexpected comes up, you can cancel up to 48 hours before your scheduled departure and get back up to 75% of your nonrefundable trip cost (up to $10,000). Available for purchase during checkout.

TICKETING TERMS
This is an 18+ Event. A valid government-issued photo ID (i.e. drivers license, passport) must be shown at Will Call to pickup your Wristband. Your wristband must be worn at all times during the event.
– Purchases are limited to one ticket per order.
– All sales final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
– This event is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above, and valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry.
– The name on the ticket order must match the name on the presented ID. No exceptions will be made. Failure to meet these requirements will result in denial of entry without refund. By purchasing tickets, you agree to comply with these terms.

How do I Book My Trip?
Easy peasy. You’ve got two options:
- Pay in Full – Done and dusted.
- Payment Plan – Reserve your spot with just a $20 deposit and make monthly payments. Pro tip: This deposit might increase or not be available for certain trips, so don’t snooze on it!
Need to Cancel?
You’re fully refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, as long as it’s 100+ days before your trip starts.

How does Rooming work?
When you book, you’re snagging a spot in a shared room. Want a private room or fewer roommates? Email us at rooming@lvinlife.com to see what’s available.
- Rooming assignments open 120 days before your trip. Got a friend booking separately? Make sure you both choose the same room type and submit your roommate info through your online account.
- Booking within 90 days of the trip? Email us your roommate details within 48 hours!
Prefer More Space?
If you want fewer people in your room than the standard setup, we’ll try to upgrade you if inventory allows. If not, you might get paired with another traveler—or we’ll offer an alternative option.
What happens at LVIN Check-In?
Before the fun starts, we’ll email you the location of the LVIN Check-In. It’s mandatory, so don’t skip it! At check-in, you’ll get your LVIN wristband—it’s your golden ticket to all the events.
Lost or damaged your wristband? Replacement fees may apply, so keep it safe.
What about Hotel Check-In?
The Room Leader checks in at the front desk to grab your room keys. Heads up—you’ll need to pay resort/destination fees and provide a credit card for extras like room service or late checkout. LVIN isn’t responsible for these charges, so plan ahead!
What’s the deal with Clubs?
LVIN will send you all the details about your night and day club entries via email before you arrive. You’ll also get updates during LVIN Check-In.
- Arrive on time. No wristband? No entry.
- Dress to impress. We will be sending you a full itinerary with dress code no later than 2 weeks from your trip.
Is Cabo Safe? Will we have Security?
Cabo is a safe destination to travel to. According to the US Travel Advisory website, there are currently no travel restrictions or warnings in Cabo. In addition, we will have LVIN Staff onsite for any health, safety & security needs.
How long with Open Bars be in Cabo?
Open Bars will last a total of 3 hours, except for Booze Cruises (2 Hours). There will be multiple Open Bar parties during your Cabo Spring Break trip at venues like Mango Deck, Squid Roe, Mandala to name a few. Full itinerary and details will be provided closer to your trip date.
If I can't go anymore on the trip, can I get a Refund?
If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking being made and the cancellation occurs more than 100 days prior to the scheduled trip start date, yes. Unfortunately, if it has been more than 48 hours, your trip is non-refundable. To cover up to 75% of your non-refundable trip, consider purchasing Travel Protection.
How old do you have to be to go on this Trip? Do I need a Passport?
You must be 18 years or older on the day the trip starts. Yes, to travel to Mexico you will need a passport.
What Add-Ons are available for this trip?
